1. Services Provided

Swami Solar offers the following services:

1. Solar Panel Installation: Design, installation, and commissioning of solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
2. Solar System Maintenance: Periodic maintenance, cleaning, repair, and performance optimization of solar panel systems.
3. Solar System Consultation & Design: Expert consultation to determine the best solar solutions tailored to your needs, including system sizing, energy savings, and environmental impact.
4. Energy Audits: Detailed assessments of your energy consumption to help optimize the use of solar energy and reduce overall energy costs.

2. Service Request

1. By submitting a service request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your requirements and property details.
2. We may ask for access to your premises to assess the feasibility of solar installations or maintenance services.
3. After reviewing your request, we will provide a proposal outlining the scope of work, costs, and timelines.

3. Estimates and Quotes

1. Once we assess your property and requirements, we will provide a detailed estimate or quote. The estimate will include an itemized list of services, materials, and any additional charges (e.g., transportation, installation labor).
2. The quote is valid for a period of [insert number of days] days, after which we may revise it based on current market prices or availability of materials.

4. Payment Terms

1. Payment for services will be made as per the agreement signed between you and Swami Solar.
2. Installations: Payment for installation services is generally split into two stages: an upfront deposit and the remaining balance upon completion of the installation.
3. Maintenance: Payment for maintenance services will be invoiced as per the terms agreed upon.
4. Payments must be made promptly, as outlined in the agreement, to avoid any delays or service interruptions.

5. Schedule and Timelines

1. After receiving confirmation from the customer, we will schedule the installation or maintenance services based on mutual availability.
2. The timelines for service completion are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, supply chain delays, or other external factors). We will communicate any significant delays to the customer promptly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

1. The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the property during the agreed-upon service window.
2. For installation services, the customer must ensure that the site is prepared according to the specifications outlined by Swami Solar (e.g., clear space for panel installation, suitable roof conditions, etc.).
3. The customer must provide accurate information regarding the existing electrical system to avoid any misunderstandings or additional costs.
4. For maintenance, the customer should ensure that the solar system is accessible for inspection and repair.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

1. Installation Warranty: We offer a warranty for the installation services, which covers defects in installation workmanship for a period of [insert number of years] years.
2. Equipment Warranty: The solar panels and other components we install come with the manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary in duration. We will provide details on the manufacturer’s warranty during the installation process.

1. If the customer wishes to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they must provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to the scheduled service.
2. A cancellation fee may apply if the customer fails to give proper notice or cancels after the service has been prepared or initiated.
3. Swami Solar reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in case of emergencies, availability issues, or external factors beyond our control.

10. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Swami Solar, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss caused by negligence or misuse of the solar system after installation.

11. Limitation of Liability

1. Swami Solar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
2. Our liability for any damages related to the services we provide is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

12. Force Majeure

Swami Solar shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, fire, flood, war, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

13. Governing Law

These Service Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising from the services provided will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.
